This recipe makes 1 sandwich. A sandwich contains 8g of whole grains.
2 slices Nature’s Harvest® Made With Whole Grain White bread
2 slices ham
2 slices mozzarella cheese
4 slices pineapple
1 tbsp. butter
- Spread the butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the Mozzarella cheese, Ham, and pineapple on top of one bread slice. Then place the other bread slice on top.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add the sandwich. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip the sandwich over. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet and cut into quarters. Serve, with the crusts on or off, depending on your child’s preference.
